Advantage Design positioned LeanLogistics as the industry thought-leader for Transportation Management Systems. LeanLogistics had an excellent product and a strong service-oriented culture, but was not well known in the marketplace. LeanLogistics also had strong domain expertise, but was not exploiting this expertise for competitive advantage.
We implemented a market awareness campaign that brought LeanLogistics' name to the forefront in Transportation Management. We developed the strategy and marketing programs to establish LeanLogistics as the industry thought-leader through a combination of successful media, house-generated, and sponsored Industry Analyst marketing campaigns. We implemented the Engage system and developed business processes and metrics. We grew LeanLogistics' contact database six-fold in three years (to over 30,000 contacts).
LLAMASOFT
LLamasoft is the leading provider of both Installed and On Demand Supply Chain Optimization and Simulation Systems.MARKETING STRATEGY, THOUGHT LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
Advantage Design developed the company positioning and marketing strategy that focused on LLamasoft's competitive advantages and uniqueness in a crowded market niche. We initiated successful Thought-Leadership media campaigns; developed Thought-Leadership materials, component product descriptions, and case studies; and revised the LLamasoft Web Site.
We implemented permission-based marketing systems, processes, and metrics, and developed and executed multiple marketing campaigns employing leading industry media. We built a contact database and authored monthly newsletters and directed the marketing activities.
We developed a marketing budget for LLamasoft to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing expenditures.
OPTIANT

Advantage Design conceived a Thought-Leadership campaign directed at a CFO audience, retained a leading industry analyst to develop successive cost- and risk-avoidance messages, wrote collateral material and case studies, and broadcast these messages through multiple industry media channels.
We implemented Engage, built the Optiant contact database from internal sources, developed the initial industry case study campaign, and then managed multiple Thought-Leadership campaigns over a one year period. We developed a marketing budget and managed the marketing expenditures for Optiant during our engagement.

Advantage Design helped Waer Systems conceive its proper market positioning, and designed a program for Waer to increase their reach, develop a marketing database of prospects, and develop marketing campaigns for regular contact with those prospects.
We implemented Engage, built the Waer contact database from internal and purchased data sources, developed the initial industry case study campaign, booked multiple media channels, and executed the campaign within three weeks from the project's inception. We followed this with an extremely successful Thought-Leadership campaign that recorded over 2000 registrations and downloads!

WARED LOGISTICS
Wared Logistics is a full-service third-party logistics company serving the Middle East and North Africa.MARKETING STRATEGY, THOUGHT LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS, MANAGED SERVICES
Advantage Design developed the marketing strategy for Wared, a newly-formed joint venture Third Party Logistics company. We conceived, managed, and executed the entire Wared marketing program from the company's inception. We developed the marketing budget for Wared and book and manage all marketing expenditures.
We developed all of Wared's collateral material and their Web Site. We manage the analyst, media, and press relations and author all of their Press Releases.
